聽取客戶故障描述是整個診斷的開始，也是非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)，聽取故障描述需要注意如下事項：  盡量弄清楚故障的準確的現(xiàn)象。因為很多客戶難以準確描述故障的具體狀況，盡量使用感覺方面的詞語，避免使用過多大專業(yè)詞匯盡量弄清楚出現(xiàn)故障時的具體條件，比方什么溫度下、當時的時速多少、引擎的轉速、有無異響、經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)還是偶發(fā)故障等都是非常重要的   登記該車的維修歷史，包括上一次維修保養(yǎng)的時間、項目、更換的配件等登記客戶的其他要求，比方維修到什么標準、需要多長時間、其他相關的項目等

　　檢查油品對于準確診斷變速箱的故障非常有幫助，非常類似醫(yī)院的化驗血,變速箱油品從顏色上分為紅色和黃色兩種，其中后者是免維護變速箱使用的油品，正常的油品應該鮮紅（或者明亮的黃色）、明亮、干凈、無雜質、無刺激氣味。  如果油品黑色污濁說明變速箱內(nèi)部的摩擦材料已經(jīng)燒損，需要解體徹底維修如果油品出現(xiàn)粉色粘稠乳狀說明變速箱內(nèi)部已經(jīng)進水，初期可以通過更換油品2－3次的辦法來解決，如果已經(jīng)超過30天或者行駛300公里以上，則必須通過大修來解決這個問題，變速箱是封閉的箱體，能夠進水的地方有兩個，最常規(guī)的是散熱系統(tǒng)的水箱內(nèi)部腐蝕造成油水混合，還有一個是通過透氣孔進水，一般變速箱的透氣孔設計的都比較高，所以除非車輛涉水否則一般不會出現(xiàn)此種情況   如果油品出現(xiàn)灰色伴有煙霧和刺激氣味，說明變速箱內(nèi)部已經(jīng)嚴重高溫，嚴重的時候行星齒輪等部件都可能已經(jīng)燒毀，此種情況需要立即大修。

Transmission oil is divided into two colors: red and yellow, with the latter being the oil used for maintenance free transmissions. Normal oil should be bright red (or bright yellow), bright, clean, free of impurities, and have no irritating odor. If the oil is black and dirty, it indicates that the friction material inside the gearbox has been burned and needs to be disassembled for thorough repair. If the oil appears as a pink viscous emulsion, it indicates that water has entered the gearbox. In the initial stage, this can be solved by replacing the oil 2-3 times. If it has been more than 30 days or driven for more than 300 kilometers, it must be solved through major repairs. The gearbox is a closed box, and there are two places where water can enter. The most common is the corrosion inside the radiator of the cooling system, causing oil-water mixture. Another place is through the ventilation hole. Generally, the ventilation hole design of the gearbox is relatively high, so unless the vehicle is submerged in water, this situation usually does not occur. If the oil appears gray with smoke and irritating odor, it indicates that the gearbox is severely hot inside, In severe cases, components such as planetary gears may have been burned out, and this situation requires immediate major repairs.
