Explain the correct disassembly and assembly sequence of the automatic transmission for us.

　　1、先卸下萬向節(jié)螺釘，使變速器和傳動軸的萬向節(jié)分離；再卸下離合器罩螺釘，使變速器和離合器分離；如果是遠程操縱的變速器，則將操縱機構(gòu)與變速器本體分離較后將變速器從汽車上拆卸下來。

　　1. Remove the universal joint screw to separate the transmission from the universal joint of the transmission shaft; Remove the clutch cover screw to separate the transmission from the clutch; If the transmission is remotely operated, separate the control mechanism from the transmission body and finally remove the transmission from the vehicle.

　　2、清洗變速器外部的油泥和污物，注意保護前后的軸頭。

　　5、拆卸零件時，先看好零件原始的方向和位置后再拆卸，必要時，做好記錄；拆下的零件按拆卸先后順序，分部位排放整齊，必要時可用線或鐵絲將各零件按順序串在一起；齒輪可按原方向和位置套在軸上，以防裝錯或漏裝。

　　5. 　　6、拆卸的所有零件都應該清洗干凈，并做相應檢查，不能繼續(xù)使用的應予以更換；拆卸過的油封、密封墊一般不應該繼續(xù)使用，應該更換。

　　7、裝配前各軸承、油封、軸上的鍵槽、齒輪的內(nèi)孔以及變速器箱體的軸承孔涂上齒輪油或機油，并將要更換的紙墊浸透機油。

　　8、裝配順序與拆卸順序相反，即后拆下的零件先裝，使全部零件都安裝到原來的位置上，安裝過程中要常轉(zhuǎn)動配合件，注意油封的方向且不得有破損。

　　9、在安裝變速器蓋前，應檢查場地有無漏裝的零件，各軸及固定齒輪是否有軸向竄動，各處紙墊是否完好，各對嚙合齒輪是否在全部齒寬內(nèi)嚙合；用手撥動滑動齒輪，看能否軸向移動到全齒寬嚙合；用手轉(zhuǎn)動一軸，分別試一下各擋，都應能靈活平穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)動，無卡澀現(xiàn)象。

　　9. Before installing the transmission cover, check whether there are missing parts in the site, whether the axles and fixed gears are moving axially, whether the paper cushions are in good condition, whether the pairs of meshing gears mesh in the full tooth width, whether the sliding gears can be moved axially to engage in full tooth width by hand, and if the first axle is rotated manually, try each gear separately, they should be able to rotate flexibly and smoothly without jamming. Phenomenon.

　　10、將撥叉裝入并固定到相應的撥叉軸上，再將該撥叉軸裝入變速器蓋相應的孔中。安裝撥叉軸時要注意將自鎖機構(gòu)和互鎖機構(gòu)裝入相應的孔中，撥叉 軸有三個槽的一側(cè)應對正自鎖機構(gòu)鋼球的方向，撥叉軸上有一個槽的一側(cè)對正互鎖機構(gòu)。各撥叉軸都安裝到位以后，將其置于空擋位置，變速傳動機構(gòu)中的滑動齒輪 也都置于空擋位置，將變速器蓋裝到變速器箱體上，此時，各撥叉正好安裝到相應齒輪的撥槽中，裝上連接螺栓，并按規(guī)定的次序和規(guī)定的力矩擰緊螺栓，用變速桿 掛入不同的擋，依次檢查能否順利掛擋，若掛不上，可用手輕輕來回轉(zhuǎn)動一軸，若仍掛不上應拆下箱蓋檢查。

When installing the dialing fork shaft, attention should be paid to installing the self-locking mechanism and the interlocking mechanism into the corresponding holes. One side of the dialing fork shaft with three grooves should correspond to the direction of the steel ball of the positive self-locking mechanism, and the other side of the dialing fork shaft with one groove should correspond to the positive interlocking mechanism. After the fork shafts are installed in place, they are placed in the neutral position. The sliding gears in the transmission mechanism are also placed in the neutral position. The cover of the transmission is installed on the gearbox body. At this time, the fork is installed in the slot of the corresponding gears, and the connecting bolts are installed. The bolts are tightened in accordance with the specified order and the specified moment. The transmission rods are hung into different gears and checked in turn. Check whether the gear can be successfully mounted. If it can't be mounted, the first shaft can be rotated gently by hand. If it still can't be mounted, the cover should be removed for inspection.

　　11、裝好后，要進行試運轉(zhuǎn)，各擋應能靈活轉(zhuǎn)動，無滲油、漏油和卡澀現(xiàn)象，在任何擋位下不允許有跳擋、亂擋現(xiàn)象，換擋時應輕便自如，不得有不正常響聲和過熱現(xiàn)象。

　　11. After installation, the gears should be able to rotate flexibly without oil leakage, oil leakage and jamming. Jumping and disorderly gearing should not be allowed in any gears. Shifting should be light and comfortable, and abnormal noise and overheating should not be allowed.
